Presenting Real America

Tuesday, October 21st, 2008

Everything else is just a bunch of hippies, communists, socialists, Marxists, heathens, arugula-munchers, gays, latte swillers, pot smokers, Jesus haters, spread the wealthers, city dwellers, elitists, black people, and rabbits.

The republican blogosphere is dumb!

A news story about a pulled Dunkin Donuts ad with Rachel Ray.

Michelle Malkin’s analysis:
“It’s just a scarf, the clueless keffiyeh-wearers scoff. Would they say the same of fashion designers who marketed modified Klan-style hoods in Burberry plaid as the next big thing? Fashion statements may seem insignificant, but when they lead to the mainstreaming of violence—unintentionally or not–they matter. Ignorance is no longer an excuse. In post-9/11 America, vigilance must never go out of style.”

These scarves, if released into the mainstream will surely cause widespread support for the Islamic jihad movement!

Who cares this much about a Dunkin Donuts ad?
What about the real issues like the election or the economy or Iraq?
Who cares what people wear? This is America, the land of the free, right?

Thank you Rabbit Friends!

During the night, you took my iPhone headphones off of the nightstand. You dragged them to the spot where you hide behind the bed (we call it your burrow). And then you spent all night chewing through the wires…

Is this a call for help? Do we need to send you to military school?

WinMo6 Rockin’ My World

Saturday, December 22nd, 2007

I saw this awesome image of the Windows Mobile 6 home screen. It so makes me want one of these wonderful feature-rich devices.

I especially like the part labeled “iPod Killer” above. It’s the middle bar that seems to be for playing music. Apparently all I have to do is click there to play music, but which music?

I also like how all the controls are being shown (Play, Prev, Next, Volume Up, Volume Down) even though obviously no music is playing or has been selected. I’m glad that they contracted a different designer for the shiny blue oblong Play button versus the other controls which are some sort of shiny metal without a background.

All this innovation, on such a tiny screen.

This is the gift to get, this X-mas.

Clean Coal and Your Family

Coal has really got a bad rap lately. Black lung is a thing of the past. Hopefully we can all get “clean coal” lung and get off oil.

Global Warming NOT REAL

Check your facts, Mr. Gore.

Thank you, Heritage. Also I’m glad the commentator had the last name Straight, even though he was ‘neat’. It’s comforting.

Next up on Heritage TV, people in poverty are doin’ alright. And the ones that aren’t doing ok, well, its hard to say it, but they’re lazy.
